A temporary cocoon,
A home nevertheless.

You could be mistaken to think that this was an ordinary labour camp. But this was a village built to build your home. The aim is to improve the quality of space that the workers occupy and inhabit, having a similar effect on the quality of their everyday lives so that they can call it their home with a satisfied smile.

These designs have been made keeping in mind the following elements

As builders, we have the power to make lives better. Many homes at a time.

Watch the mastermind behind these designs, Mr Sanjay Mohe speak of the need for rethinking migrant labour housing.  Good empathetic design is meant to be shared. They are freely available here for you!

Our vision is for every construction site in India to have conscious housing which puts the workers at the center. We cannot do this without you! Together, we can create a culture where those who build our homes have dignified homes for themselves too.
